摘要:
为了解青海高寒区华北落叶松地表凋落物不同分解层养分在生长季内的变化特征,分别在2015年5月1日(5/01)、6月15日(6/15)、7月30日(7/30)、9月13日(9/13)和10月28日(10/28)进行采样,将凋落物层分为未分解层(LL)、半分解层(FL)和全分解层(HL),对华北落叶松凋落物有机碳(C)、全氮(N)和全磷(P)及其化学计量比进行测定分析。结果显示:生长季内凋落物的C、N、C/P、C/N和N/P均表现为未分解层>半分解层>全分解层,且各分解层之间差异显著,P含量各分解层之间差异不显著。在生长季内,碳氮磷含量及其化学计量比表现出不同的变化规律,但最大值均出现在5/01。凋落物分解层与采样时间对碳氮磷储量及其化学计量特征的影响的交叉分析表明,C、C/N、C/P和N/P的变异主要受分解层的影响,N的变异主要受采样时间的影响,P的变异主要受分解层和采样时间交互作用的影响,且采样时间对P的变异没有产生显著影响。凋落物C、P和N含量及C/N、C/P和N/P的 Pearson 相关分析显示,C和N与C/N、C/P和N/P之间呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),P与C/N没有相关关系(P>0.05),与C/P显著负相关(P<0.05),与N/P极显著正相关(P<0.01)。本研究表明,青海高寒区华北落叶松凋落物在分解过程中碳、氮和磷化学计量均表现出明显的季节变化,季节变化和分解程度将显著影响凋落物分解过程中碳氮磷含量;有机碳和全氮含量是影响碳氮磷化学计量比的关键因子。(图1 表4 参42)
Abstract:
This study aimed to explore the seasonal variations of litter nutrient in different litter decomposition layers of Larix principis-rupprechtii in alpine region of Qinghai province. Samples were taken on May 1 ( 5/01). June 15 ( 6/15) and July 30 ( 7/30). September 13 ( 9/13) and October 28 ( 10/28). The litter layers were divided into Fresh litter layer ( LL). Fragmented litter layer ( FL). Humified litter layer ( HL). The Total organic carbon (C). Total nitrogen (N). Total phosphorus (P) stoichiometry of litter were evaluated. The results showed that the C, N, C/P, C/N and N/P of the litter in the growing season showed LL > FL > HL, and there was a significant differencebetween the decomposition layers. The difference between the decomposition layers is not significant about P . During the growing season, the C, N and P contents and their stoichiometric ratios showed different patterns of variation , but the maximum values were found at 5/01. The cross-analysis of litter decomposition layer and sampling time on carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus reserves and their stoichiometric characteristics shows that the variation of C, C/N, C/P and N/P is mainly affected by the decomposition layer, and N by the sampling time, P by the interaction of decomposition layer and sampling time, and the sampling time had no significant effect on the variation of P. Pearson correlation analysis of litter C, P, and N contents and C/N, C/P, and N/P showed that there was a highly significant positive correlation between C and N and C/N, C/P, and N/P ( P < 0.01). There was no correlation between P and C/N ( P > 0.05). But a significant negative correlation with C/P ( P < 0.05) and a very significant positive correlation with N/P ( P < 0.01). To sum up, in the decomposition process of Larix principis-rupprechtii in alpine region of Qinghai province , the C, N and P contents and their stoichiometric ratios obvious seasonal changes , and the seasonal changes and decomposition degrees significantly affected the C, N, and P contents during litter decomposition; C and N is a key factor affecting the stoichiometric ratio of C, N and P.
