摘要:
为研究华北潮土区不同量秸秆长期还田对土壤中小型节肢动物的影响,在农业部环境保护科研监测所武清农业生态试验站调查了冬小麦和夏玉米秸秆不还田(对照,S0)、秸秆25%还田(S25)、秸秆50%还田 (S50)、秸秆75%还田 (S75)和秸秆100%还田 (S100)等处理定位试验的土壤中小型节肢动物群落变化。本次调查共鉴定出玉米田中小型土壤动物2394个,隶属于7纲6目47科。等节跳科(Isotomidae),棘跳科(Onychiuridae)为优势类群。常见类群为18个,稀有类群27个,分别占采集总数的64.83%和5.97%。与对照相比,秸秆还田降低了土壤动物类群,且类群数随还田量的增加呈下降趋势。但秸秆还田对土壤动物数量无显著性影响(P>0.05)。秸秆还田能增加土壤0-10 cm土层动物多样性指数H、均匀性指数J、丰富度指数D。上述结果表明,土壤中小型节肢动物群落组成与秸秆还田相关,秸秆连续还田对表层(0-10 cm)土壤动物有促进作用,有利于其群落稳定。
Abstract:
To investigate the influence of straw returning to soil fauna, we have made five corn straw returning treatments: no straw(S0), 25% of straw returning(S25), 50% of straw returning(S50), 75% of straw returning(C15), 100% of straw returning(C16) in Wu-Qing agroecology experimental station, Agro-Environmental Protection Institute, Ministry of Agriculture. A total of 2394 individuals were extracted and identified in plot. These individuals belonged to 7 classes, 6 orders and 47 super-families. Isotomidae and Onychiuridae were the dominant groups in all the treatments. And the 18 groups were common groups, account for 64.83%. The 27 groups were rare groups, account for 5.97%. Compared with the control, the straw returning to the field reduced the soil fauna groups, and the number of groups decreased with the increase of the amount of straw returning. But the number of soil fauna was no significant difference (P>0.05). Straw returning can increase Shannon-Weiner, Pielou, Margalef of soil fauna at 0-10 cm soil layer. Given the above, these results indicate that straw returning has a positive effect on soil fauna and is beneficial to the stability of the soil fauna community in the surface soil (0-10 cm).
