摘要:
双氟磺草胺(florasulam)属于三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类除草剂,主要用于冬小麦田防除杂草。为了解不同施用量的双氟磺草胺对麦田残留及其土壤酶活性的影响,以及为双氟磺草胺的科学使用提供理论依据,试验设置5个不同施用量(0、15、30、45、60 mL/667m2)的双氟磺草胺处理,测定了不同施用量的双氟磺草胺处理后的麦田残留及其土壤酶( 过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、脲酶、脱氢酶) 活性。不同施用量的双氟磺草胺在土壤中的残留量随着小麦的生育期而逐渐降低,但残留量微少,远远低于0.01mg/kg。不同土层中的双氟磺草胺残留量随这土层厚度的增加而逐渐降低。不同施用量双氟磺草胺处理的土壤酶活性基本上表现为T3>T2>T1>CK>T4,以T3的最高,T4会对土壤酶活性产生抑制作用。在本试验的条件下,在减少土壤污染和较低的双氟磺草胺残留的前提下,推荐双氟磺草胺的施用量为30-45mL/667m2。
Abstract:
Florasulam is a three azole and pyrimidine sulfonamide herbicide, which is mainly used for weeds prevention and control in winter wheat fields. The main purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different dose of florasulam on soil residues and enzyme activity of wheat in dlyland, and to provide theoretical basis for the scientific use of florasulam. Five dosage (0, 15, 30, 45, 60 mL/667m2) of florasulam were set up to detect soil residues and enzyme activity, and there are measured and analyzed the soil residues and enzyme activity(catalase, phosphatase, urease, dehydrogenase) after the process of different content of florasulam. The residual amount of florasulam in soil decreased gradually with the growth period of wheat, but the residue was very small, much lower than that of 0.01mg/kg. The residual amount of florasulam in different soil layers gradually decreased with the increase of soil thickness. The enzyme activity of soil treated with florasulam was basically T3>T2>T1>CK>T4, with the highest T3, and T4 could inhibit soil enzyme activity. Under the condition of this experiment, on the premise of decreasing soil pollution and lower florasulam residue, it recommended that application amount of florasulam were for 30 to 45 mL/667m2.
