摘要:
采用开顶式生长室(Open top chambers OTCs)模拟立地增温的方法(4个OTC,4个对照),研究了芦苇(Phragmites Australis)和互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)实生苗顶叶面积、单株总叶面积和叶面积指数对增温(OTC内空气年平均气温增加了2.00±0.17 ℃)的响应。结果表明:与对照相比,1)芦苇和互花米草叶面积指数一年生长后分别显著增加。芦苇叶面积指数于9月份达到峰值,增加了5.40%;而互花米草呈现持续增加趋势,于10月份达到峰值,增加了7.00%(P<0.05);2)芦苇顶叶面积于8月份达到峰值,增加了12.94%;互花米草于9月份达到峰值,增加了23.96%。同时增温使互花米草顶叶面积伸展延后3天;3)芦苇单株总叶面积于9月份达到峰值,增加了9.36%;而互花米草于10月份达到峰值,与对照相比,增加20.26%。结果意味着:在未来大气增温条件下,互花米草叶生长对大气增温的响应比芦苇更加敏感。(图7 表4 参25)
Abstract:
To investigate the response of plant growth in the Yangtze Estuary wetland ecosystem to warming, we use open top chambers (OTCs) to simulate site warming (4 OTCs and 4 controls), the average annual air temperature in OTC increased by 2.00 ± 0.17 ℃, monitoring the area of the top leaf, the total leaf area and the leaf area index of the Phragmites Australis and Spartina alterniflora . The results showed that compared with the control: 1) T he leaf area index of P. Australis and S. alterniflora significantly increased after one year of growth respectively. P. Australis leaf area index peaked in September, increased about 5.40%; while S. alterniflora continued to increase, reaching its peak in October, increased about 7.00%(P <0.05); 2) The area of ??the top leaf of P . Australis reached its peak in August, increased about 12.94%. S. alterniflora peaked in September with an increase of 23.96%. While the temperature delayed the spread of top leaf area of ??S. alterniflora about 3 days; 3) The total leaf area of P. Australis reached its peak in September, increased by 9.36%; while S. alterniflora peaked in October, compared with the control, increased about 20.26%. The result means that under the conditions of increasing atmospheric temperature in the future, the response of S. alterniflora leaf growth to atmospheric warming is more sensitive than that of P. Australis.
