摘要:
以古尔班通古特沙漠西部退化梭梭林为研究对象,野外取样调查和实验室检测分析相结合,研究退化梭梭群落植物分布及多样性特征,并结合土壤理化性质分析引起梭梭群落退化的主要环境因素。结果显示:1)退化梭梭群落共有6种多年生植物,其中梭梭在各样地均有分布,其分布频度达到60%以上的样地数占总样地数的80%。盐生假木贼在60%的样地中有分布,而柽柳、白刺、淡枝沙拐枣和翼果驼蹄瓣仅在个别样地有分布且分布频度较低。2)退化梭梭群落Shannon-Wiener指数变化幅度为0.00~1.25,Simpson优势度指数大于0.5的样地数占总样地数的90%,而仅有9个样地的Pielou均匀度指数大于0.5。3)相关分析表明梭梭群落盖度与0~40cm土层中的有机质、电导率、CL-、土壤含水量有显著的正相关关系。4)主成分分析发现0~40cm土层的有机质、电导率、氯离子含量、土壤含水量对群落物种多样性指数均产生显著的负作用。40~80cm土层的有机质、电导率、氯离子含量、土壤含水量对群落物种多样性指数均产生显著的正作用。综合研究认为,古尔班通古特沙漠西部优势物种梭梭退化群落植物多样性简单,随着梭梭退化,表层土壤理化性质变劣,对群落中不同物种的种子萌发、幼苗建立产生影响,影响了植物分布和多样性组成,进而导致梭梭群落物种多样性的变化。(图1 表4 参39)
Abstract:
This paper aimed to study the plant distribution and diversity of degraded Haloxylon ammodendron community in western Gurbantunggut desert and analysis the main environmental factors of H. ammodendron community degradation. H. ammodendron community species abundance, coverage, frequency were investigated in the 19 plots. Soil characteristics were tested in the laboratory. The results as follows: 1) There are 6 kinds of perennials in degenerated H. ammodendron communities. H. ammodendron is distributed in every plot and its distribution frequency is more than 60% in the 80% of total plots. Anabasis salsa is distributed in the 60% of total sample sites. Tamarix chinensis Lour, Nitraria tangutorum, Calligonum leucocladum and Zygophyllum pterocarpum are distributed in a few sites and their distribution frequency are all lower. 2) Shannon-Wiener index is 0.00~1.25. Simpson dominance index is more than 0.5 in 90% of total sites and Pielou index of 9 plots is less than 0.5. 3) Correlation analysis showed that the coverage of H. ammodendron community had a significant positive correlation with organic matter, conductivity, CL- and soil water content in 0~40cm soil layer. 4) Principal component analysis showed that organic matter, conductivity, CL- content and soil water content in 0~40cm soil layer all had a significant negative effect on species diversity index. The organic matter, conductivity, CL- content and soil water content of 40~80cm and 80~120cm soil layers all had significant positive effects on species diversity index. This study thinks that the species diversity of H. ammodendron community is simple. With the degeneration of H. ammodendron, the surface soil characteristics become worse, which affect the seed germination and seedling establishment of different species in the community, and affect the plant distribution and diversity composition in western Gurbantunggut desert.
