摘要:
为了解不同护坡植被对高速公路边坡土壤质量恢复的影响,于2016年10月对大广高速大名路段栽植6-7 a的紫穗槐(Amorpha fruticosa)、杠柳(Periploca sepium)和鸡矢藤(Paederia scandens)3种护坡植被下土壤进行采集,对0-10 cm、10-20 cm、20-30 cm土层的土壤理化性质进行分析,利用T-RFLP技术对土壤微生物群落结构进行测定,并采用RDA分析对微生物群落结构与土壤理化性质相关性进行分析。结果表明:(1)鸡矢藤植被下土壤理化性质较好,同时3种护坡植被0-10cm土层的土壤养分、持水量及孔隙度均大于10-20cm和20-30cm土层;(2)鸡矢藤0-10cm和10-20cm土层中粒径>5mm的团聚体含量大于杠柳和紫穗槐;(3)杠柳和鸡矢藤0-10 cm土层优势细菌种类和0-10cm、10-20cm、20-30cm土层优势真菌种类大于紫穗槐;(4)冗余分析(RDA)表明,土壤微生物群落结构主要受土壤物理性质的影响。因此可通过适当翻埋枯落物等改善土壤质量,进而改善边坡土壤生态环境。(图2 表3 参43)
Abstract:
In order to learn the effect of different kinds slope protection vegetation on soil quality restoration of highway. In October 2016, the soil of 0-10cm, 10-20cm and 20-30cm under Amorpha fruticosa, Periploca sepium, Paederia scandens which were planted 6-7 years in Daming road section of Daguang highway were selected as the research objects to analyze soil physical-chemical properties, Terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism was conducted to assess soil microbial community structure and do correlation analysis with soil physical-chemical properties. The results showed that: (1) soil physical-chemical properties were the best in the soil of Paederia scandens, soil nutrient, soil water holding capacity and soil porosity of 0-10cm under three kinds slope protection vegetation were better than others; (2) The diameter group of >5mm soil aggregates was the highest in the soil of 0-10cm and 10-20cm of Paederia scanden; (3) The species of dominant bacterial of 0-10cm and dominant fungal of 0-10cm, 10-20cm and 20-30cm under Periploca sepium and Paederia scandens were higher than Amorpha fruticosa; (4) Redundancy analysis (RDA) showed that: soil physical properties were the main influencing factors about the differences of soil microbial community structure. Consequently, in order to promote microbial activity and speed up soil nutrient cycling, appropriate management measures should be used to improve soil quality, promote soil restoration. More importantly, improve the slope soil ecological environment.
