摘要:
从无花果一株内生真菌链格孢属FL25(Alternaria sp. FL25)的次生代谢产物中首次分离得到4个化合物,经波谱(MS, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR)解析,分别为Fumitremorgin B (1)、Fumitremorgin C (2)、Helvolic Acid (3)和环(苯丙-丝)二肽(4). 抗植物病原真菌活性试验结果显示,4个化合物对大部分测试菌均具有明显的抑制活性. 图1 表1 参10
Abstract:
Four compounds were firstly isolated from the culture of Alternaria sp. FL25, an endophytic fungus from Ficus carica. On the basis of spectroscopic data (MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR), the four compounds were identified as fumitremorgin B (1), fumitremorgin C (2), helvolic acid (3) and cyclo-(Phe-Ser) (4). These compounds exhibited significantly inhibitory activities on the growth of the tested phytopathogenic fungi. Fig 1, Tab 1, Ref 10
