摘要:
应用以氯酚驯化污泥接种的上流式厌氧消化反应器(UAD)连续处理含五氯酚(PCP)废水的试验结果表明,在定的水力负荷下(水力停留时间tHR=20~22h),试验反应器可稳定地处理ρ(CODCr)1250~10000mg·L-1ρ(PCP)≤180mg·L-1的有毒有机废水,CODCr去除率大于90%,PCP去除率大于99.5%,出水ρ(PCP)小于0.5mg·L-1;维持试验反应器正常运行所必需的最低进水ρ(PCP)有关,且进水ρ(PCP)和ρ(CODCr)之比对反应器去除CODCr或PCP的效能、出水中挥发性脂肪酸浓度ρ(VFA)、沼气产量及甲烷含量均有明显影响.当进水ρ(CODCr)与出水ρ(CODcr)呈线性或半对数相关;当进水ρ(PCP)稳定在100.41或151.62mg·L-1时,进水ρ(CODCr)与出水ρ(PCP)呈线性或半对数负相关.
Abstract:
Upflow anaerobic digestion reactors (UADR), which were separately inoculated with anaerobic sludgesacclimated to different chlorophenols, were used to study the feasibility of anaerobic biotreatment of synthesticwastewater containing pentachlorophenol(PCP) and supplemental sucrose as carbon source.The experimentalreactors, in which PCP degrading granules developed, were able to treat steadily synthestic wastewater containing PCP up to 180 mg·L-1 and CODcr, 1 250~10 000 mg·L-1.More than 99.5 % PCP removal and 90 % COD removal were achieved, ρ(PCP) in effluent was less than 0.5 mg·L-1 and could affect proper CODcr, range ininfluent which was reguired for maintenance of steady running of the experimental reactors, with a hydraulicretention time from 20 to 22 h.The ratios of ρ(CODcr) and ρ(PCP) in influent could affect removal efficiency of PCP or CODcr, the concentrations of total volahle fatty acids in effuent, biogas quantity and methane content inbiogas.ρ(PCP) in influent was linearly or semi-logarithmically related to CODcr, in effluent when CODcr ininfluent was 5 750~250 mg·L-1, and so was the relationship between CODcr, in influent and ρ(PCP) in effluentwhen ρ(PCP) in influent was 100.41 or 151.62 mg·L-1, less than the maximum permissible ρ(PCP).
