摘要:
为了解多年生草本野青茅(Deyeuxia arundinacea)根系和叶分解过程中土壤动物群落特征,于2013年8月-2014年7月采用分解袋法对野青茅根系和叶分解过程中土壤动物群落进行调查。结果显示:野青茅根系和叶分解过程中土壤动物个体数分别为1321头和958头,类群数分别为37个和25个。根系和叶分解过程中,土壤动物各多样性指数具有相似的变化趋势,其中,Shannon-Wiener指数、均匀度指数和丰富度指数随分解过程的持续而呈波动递减的趋势,优势度指数则呈现出波动递增的趋势。野青茅分解部位对土壤动物类群数和多样性指数有极显著影响(P<0.01),对丰富度指数影响显著(P<0.05);分解部位和月份的交互作用对土壤动物的个体数和多样性特征影响均不显著(P>0.05),但对类群数影响显著(P<0.05)。气温和降水显著影响根系和叶的分解,并对多样性指数、丰富度指数产生显著影响,与优势度指数存在负相关关系。本研究结果表明,野青茅根系分解过程中土壤动物参与的类群和数量均较叶高,水热条件是影响根系和叶分解过程中土壤动物群落差异的主要因素。(图2表3参29)
Abstract:
In order to study the soil fauna community characteristics of root and litters’ decomposition of Deyeuxia arundinacea. Litterbags were used to study soil fauna community characteristics during Aug. 2013 to Jul. 2014. The results showed that the soil fauna with 1321 individuals and 37 groups were found in root’ decomposition bags, and soil fauna with 958 individuals and 25 groups were found in litter ’ decomposition bags. The root has higher soil fauna individual and group number of each month than that in litter decomposition bags. The index had the same trends with the inflations changes, and Shannon, Pielou and Margalef index decreased with the time passed, and the Simpson index increased with the time passed. Different parts of Deyeuxia arundinacea had the different effects on the soil individual and groups. The interaction effects of different parts of Deyeuxia arundinacea and months had insignificant effects on individual density and biodiversity ( P>0.05), but had the significant effects on the groups (P<0.05). The positive correlation was found between average temperature and average rainfall and groups of soil fauna in root’s decomposition. The positive correlation was found between average temperature and density of soil fauna, average temperature and average rainfall had positive correlation with Shannon and Margalef index respectively. The negative correlation was found between average temperature and average rainfall and Simpson index. The results indicated that the highest individual and group number were found in the root decomposition process, and the structure and diversity of soil fauna community of Deyeuxia arundinacea are influenced by hydrothermal conditions.
